Earlier this year when asked about the Central Connecticut Conference girls volleyball tournament, RHAM coach Tim Guernsey was excited about having that kind of preparation heading into the state tournament. (link)

RHAM Tops Fermi in Season Opener
From the Journal Inquirer RHAM 3, Fermi 0. Kelsey Welling had nine kills as defending Class M champion RHAM opened with a victory in Enfield with scores of 25-4, 25-7 and 25-5. Tessa Smolinski contributed 25 service points, nine aces and five kills for the Sachems. Teammate Ellie Linden had 20 assists and five aces.
